Be cautious of loose items around the cake.
-
Drive cautiously (avoid bumpy road, sudden stop, sharp turn).
-
Do not keep cake in hot car, A/C is recommended.

Cake Care - At home or venue
-

-
Refrigerate cake when not serving. If refrigerated, let cake come to room temperature (30-60 min depends on the weather) before eating.

-
In extreme temperatures/humid climates cakes must kept cool as frosting can/will melt.
